Sara Tancman
Founder and Director
Has extensive experience in initiating and managing complex projects in the public and nonprofit sectors — many of them focused on working with women from diverse backgrounds. Holds an M.A. in Gender Studies from Tel Aviv University. Was selected as one of Globes’ “40 Most Promising Young Leaders” for 2017 and one of "The Marker’"s “20 Women Changing the Face of Medicine in Israel” for 2018.

Meital Bonchek
Deputy Director
Has extensive experience in managing nonprofits An activist in the struggle against prostitution and in promoting the legislation to criminalize the purchase of sex. Founder and co-director of the Coalition of Religious Organizations Against Prostitution and of a group of halachic feminists. Holds an M.A. in Political Science at the Hebrew University.
Was selected as one of Lady Globes’ “15 Most Influential Activists in Israel” for 2019 and named Woman of the Year by the Emunah Movement in 2020..

Tal Ron
Director of Bor’ot Incubator
Expert in women’s health and a psychologist specializing in medical psychology. Co-founder of Tempdrop, which developed an ovulation-tracking sensor. Certified healthy sexuality educator. Holds an M.A. in Medical Psychology from the Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo.

Holds a B.A. and M.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and a Ph.D. in South Asian Studies from Harvard University,. Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Hebrew University.
Has extensive experience working in human rights organizations and in informal education. Manages an online women’s community.
Holds a Ph.D. in Medical Education from the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, an M.A. in Community Mental Health, and a B.A. in Psychology.
Her research focuses on doctor–patient communication and medical professionalism.
Clinical Psychologist. Holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MPH in Public Health Policy and Management from Columbia University, New York. Gained experience in developing, managing, and evaluating mental health projects as part of the New York City municipal team.
